Four-Day Curriculum:

Day 1: Preventative Defense

No. This training is designed for all experience levels. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have previous training, the curriculum is structured to be accessible and effective for everyone.
Expect a hands-on, engaging experience, but instructors adapt training for all fitness levels. You’ll be challenged, but the focus is on skill-building, not physical endurance.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely—avoid sweatpants. Wear closed toes shoes that allow you to move easily. Bring a notebook or notepad for taking notes. Still photos and limited video are permitted.

Each quest will need to book their own airfare to and from the Medellín, Colombia airport as it is not included in the event price.
Each guest should arrive on the 9th, and leave on the 14th to ensure maximum training time.
We will be providing transportation to and from the airport at the beginning and end of the event. (Details on exact transportation times will be provided per event.) If guests choose to arrive or depart at times outside of the scheduled transportation, they will be responsible for their own transport. In this case, private transportation to and from the retreat typically costs $60–$80.

A $500 deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within two weeks of the event, 50% of the total cost will be non-refundable. Otherwise, we will provide a refund of the remaining amount or apply the credit to a future event.
